Measure your area in square feet and add 10 percent for cuts and wastage. Diagonal layouts and patterned floors need closer to 15 percent. Our team will run the calculation with you before you confirm, and we'll tell you the box count rather than a loose tile count, since tiles ship by the box.
Yes. Our in-house designers will lay out your space in 3D so you can see the tile at full scale before committing. You can also use AR on your phone to place a tile in the room. There's no obligation to buy afterwards.
No. We run standard pricing, so the rate you're quoted is the rate everyone is quoted. No haggling, no separate architect rate, no different number on a second visit.
